Hey Guys! Sorry I haven´t posted in  a while. Anyways, I´ll be showing you how to do a one-handed cartwheel! Lets Go!





(top tip: you should know how to do a carwheel, if you don´t, click here. )


STEP ONE:


Start like you would in a normal cartwheel, but when you´re about to put both your hands on the groud, put your bad arm behind your back. Just lift your bad leg up and try this a couple of times until your confident.


STEP TWO:


(top tip: on your first go, try it with someone spotting you!)


Now try kicking your leg on the ground up so when you´re just about to come down, put your hand down. Try putting you´re hand dwon ealier and ealier so eventually, you wont put it down at all


FOR THE PROFESSIONALS:


If you think you´ve really got it, try it with a cup full of water in your hands. Don´t do this until you´ve really got it.
